Use this chat only if the game lobby and C4F are not working since this chat uses a lot of server resources - it uses AJAX to display and update the chat, so be sure you have javascript enabled. If your browser does not support AJAX (or to be more specific XMLHttpRequests), the chat will not work correctly or some functions are not available. To minimize the server load the chat message request is delayed by 1 second and the refresh rate of the online user list is set to every 10 seconds. Also clients are idled out if they not perform any action for 5 minutes - so if people close their browser they will be dropped automatically after 5 minutes, within this time they are shown as online even if they left already.
